The Faustian Stock Market
How would you invest in yourself if you knew the outcome in advance?
We are born into a game where the rules have not been explicitly stated.
Though the stock market is an anomalous system of transactions, it reflects a somewhat interesting trend in the universe — a circulation of souls in the perpetuity of highs and lows.
You are born with particular traits. Whether this is good or bad, beautiful or unpleasant, we agree that the life you are given is yours for a reason.
Your intuition is not always right, but isn’t life great when it somehow is?
Maybe you can invest in a particular skill, especially one you are passionate about, yet you also have to consider the risk, the long-term implications.
Generate a human, that human will invest in themselves according to a set.
That set is incomprehensible, since it is self-changing and nonconforming: an independent form of Truth, existing all on its own, never to exist again.
If you take every human X’ as a given subset of the greater Set X, you realize that there is no distinction between what makes one or the other flow.
Surely, you MUST reach an answer that works, for there is no way to go but up. In a bad market, your cash is reduced in weight, and your assets are often frozen in fear. In a ‘selfselling’ world, your priceless soul is an asset.
Your energy, your nature, your experiences, your conditioning, your rationalizations — they have all been given to you as something to invest.
In selling our souls, one forgets that human life is a bond without any price.
We should hold onto our souls, not sell ourselves short, and live with grace.
Let’s try to understand the truths that work for us, for therein lies our profit.
