This is something we can discuss until the physical body dies. It doesn’t have to end at disagreement, if you genuinely want to explore the truth of the matter. I am willing to say that some matters, such as that of the soul and its immortality, are largely unknowable. Your Christianity and my Buddhism are nothing but paths towards attaining the Absolute. Does that mean we really know anything? I would say no. So I should apologize for even asserting that the soul is immortal, because I don’t know that for sure. It just makes sense to say so.

As for God, Jesus, heaven and hell, maybe you have some proofs that I don’t know about?
